6. Disclaimer Of LiabilityIn no event shall Company be liable to any User for special damages arising out of performance under this Agreement; further, Users agree they have adequate insurance covering all risk associated with use of Service.

7. Limitation On DamagesUnder no circumstances will the total liability of Company to a User exceed one thousand dollars in aggregate.
