1. Definitions

5. Intellectual Property Rights

   Users acknowledge that all content on Service is owned by Company, including trademarks, copyrights, patents or other intellectual property rights and agrees it has no interest in such properties except for a license granted by Company.

6. Disclaimer Of Liability

   In no event shall Company be liable to any User for special damages arising out of performance under this Agreement; further, Users agree they have adequate insurance covering all risk associated with use of Service.

7. Limitation On Damages

   Under no circumstances will the total liability of Company to a User exceed one thousand dollars in aggregate.
